The Opportunity

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our Managing Partner and Executive Chair. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions, including board liaison, meeting coordination, partner support, and strategic event planning.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Managing Partner and Executive Chair.
  • Coordinate board and executive meetings, including agendas, meeting packs, and minutes.
  • Assist with strategic retreats and firm-wide events.
  • Support partner-related processes such as performance reviews, recruitment, onboarding, and milestone celebrations.
  • Oversee administrative tasks and collaborate with the concierge team to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Manage and mentor an Administration Assistant.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience providing high-level executive administration support in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency with Office 365 products.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Ability to build strong internal relationships and work collaboratively across teams.
