Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to current and potential clients with the goal of booking appointments.

  • Handle inbound calls from clients, deliver exceptional customer service, and assist with appointment bookings.

  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.

Position Details:

  • Full-time position located onsite in South Perth.

  • Engage in proactive contact with clients to schedule appointments and provide outstanding service.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced call center environment, making outbound calls and managing inbound inquiries is desirable, however, not essential.

  • Proven track record in customer service or sales.

  • Driven by meeting and exceeding performance targets in a structured setting.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English required.

  • Comfortable with technology, highly organised, and exhibits a strong work ethic.
