**About the Role**

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Call Centre Operator to join our team in Clayton South. This is a casual role with full-time weekday hours. You'll be the first point of contact for customers calling about their orders, services, and general enquiries. Many of our callers are elderly or living with a disability, so a caring and respectful approach is essential.

**Key Duties**
- Answer incoming calls from NDIS and HCP clients
- Make follow-up calls to customers who’ve submitted enquiries
- Assist customers in placing phone orders
- Provide accurate information about our meals and delivery services
- Log and update customer information in our internal systems
- Liaise with internal teams to support smooth service delivery

**What You’ll Need**
- Previous call centre or customer service experience (preferred)
- Clear communication skills and a polite, respectful phone manner
- Patience and empathy when speaking with vulnerable clients
- Confidence using computers and customer management systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Punctual, organised, and reliable
