As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced
Call Centre Manager
to lead and drive our outbound sales team to new heights.
About The Role:
The Call Centre Manager will be responsible for the
daily operation, performance management, and strategic direction
of our outbound sales team. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in sales, people management, and an understanding of the renewable energy space — particularly Solar and Battery storage solutions.
- Lead, coach, and manage
a team of outbound sales agents to achieve individual and team targets. - Develop and implement
sales scripts, training modules, and performance monitoring tools
to optimise sales conversion rates. - Monitor and analyse key KPIs (calls per day, conversion rate, revenue per rep, etc.), taking action to improve underperformance.
- Work closely with the operation & external sales teams to ensure high-quality leads and customer satisfaction.
- Implement effective
sales and incentive strategies
to boost team motivation and performance. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of solar and battery products, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Prepare regular performance and forecast reports for senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience
as a
Call Centre Manager
/
Sales Manager
or
Team Leader
in a high-volume sales environment. - Experience within the
Solar, Battery, or Renewable Energy
industry. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to
motivate and drive a sales team
toward success. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong
analytical and reporting
abilities. - Solid understanding of CRM systems and call centre technology.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
