Company
LiveHeats is the competition platform used across surf, snow, skate, lifesaving and broader action sports worldwide. Organisers use LiveHeats to run and score events, athletes manage their competition journeys, and fans follow along in real time. Following the completion of a new seed raise, the company is now entering its next phase of commercial expansion, scaling into new sports, regions, and enterprise partnerships.
Role
Lead the commercial function and drive revenue. This is a player-coach role: the successful candidate will guide and develop a small go-to-market team while remaining hands-on in the field, building relationships and closing enterprise deals with federations, tours, national sporting bodies, and event organisers.
The Head of Organiser Growth will work closely with the CEO to help shape the go-to-market strategy, refine pricing, and expand LiveHeats' presence across new markets and sports categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute enterprise sales: identify priority accounts, devise outreach strategies, conduct discovery sessions, run tailored demos, and secure multi-year agreements.
- Establish and maintain pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and repeatable sales processes.
- Develop compelling proposals and sales collateral with support from the design team.
- Structure and negotiate commercial terms that maximise value and drive sustainable adoption.
- Drive account expansion through structured account management, renewal and upsell programs.
- Refine pricing and packaging across customer types, tiers, and feature bundles.
- Partner with founders and product to take new features and sport verticals to market.
- Coach and support existing commercial and customer-facing team members.
Success Measures
- Growth in qualified enterprise pipeline and closed revenue.
- Increased revenue from both new and existing accounts.
- Enhanced value capture through clearer and more effective pricing models.
- A repeatable and scalable commercial motion that extends beyond founder-led sales.
- Strong relationships with key sports bodies and event decision-makers.
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a track record of closing mid-to-large enterprise deals.
- Skilled across the full sales cycle — from outbound prospecting through to negotiation and signing.
- Confident shaping pricing frameworks and commercial packaging.
- Demonstrated ability to manage pipeline, coach others, and introduce operational sales discipline.
- Equally capable of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Familiarity with, or genuine affinity for, action sports culture (surf, snow, skate, BMX, lifesaving, endurance).
- Thrives in fast-paced, product-led startup environments.
Why This Role
- Opportunity to shape the commercial engine of a global sports technology platform.
- Close collaboration with founders who prioritise clarity, execution and autonomy.
- Influence how competitive sport is experienced across multiple disciplines worldwide.
- Remote-first culture with flexibility and opportunities for event and industry travel.
- A team that values passion, creativity, and sports culture.
- $110-130k + super + bonus
