The Role:
As
AI Growth Director
, you'll own the global marketing strategy and execution for
AI Services
. This is your chance to build a category-defining offering in AI-powered customer experience, with the freedom to design scalable marketing engines from the ground up.
You'll be the
storyteller, demand-generator, and brand-builder
who puts Influx AI Services on the map — turning vision into a sustainable, high-growth business line.
What you'll do:
a. Demand Generation
- Design and execute a global demand generation strategy (with clear inputs, outputs, and timelines).
- Build the hook that turns curiosity into paying customers.
- Own distribution channels: content, partners, email, paid media.
- Prove what's working (and what isn't) — show, don't tell.
- Always be learning.
b. Product Marketing & Positioning
- Craft differentiated messaging that excites and converts.
- Produce sales enablement assets: decks, one-pagers, case studies, web content.
- Translate complex AI concepts into simple, business-focused outcomes.
- Feed insights into product development to ensure GTM success.
- Make us proud of what we're selling.
c. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales to sell more effectively.
- Partner with Marketing to amplify AI Services across channels.
- Partner with Service Delivery to promote AI Services with active clients.
- Support global marketing efforts with thought leadership, events, and PR.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong track record in demand generation and product marketing.
- Proven experience driving "zero-to-one" growth in a startup environment.
- Track record of building scalable lead gen channels (outbound, partnerships, co-marketing).
- Strong storytelling ability — simplify complex tech for decision-makers.
- Highly collaborative across Sales, Product, and Service Delivery.
- Data-driven, with ability to measure, report, and improve ROI.
- Comfortable working with founders and technical leaders to shape new categories.
