accessible anywhere, anytime

to drive users and revenue from day one.
The Opportunity
We're bringing on our first
Head of Growth
to drive HealthMate into the hands of practitioners and clients.
You'll be creating the commercial engine by experimenting, adapting, and pushing hard to gain traction. You'll work alongside the founder and have true influence over how the business grows.
The Role
As Head of Growth, you'll be responsible for building and executing HealthMate's growth engine. You'll be our first growth hire, working directly with the founder to:
- Acquire and onboard practitioners across all allied health disciplines.
- Drive consumer sign-ups (NDIS, aged care, rural, and general populations).
- Build and optimise acquisition funnels (ads, content, partnerships, referrals).
- Experiment with scalable growth levers across paid, organic, and partnerships.
- Work closely with partners (CPD providers, peak bodies, councils, rural health networks, ACCHOs, etc.) to fuel adoption.
- Track KPIs around CAC, LTV, conversion, and retention.
This is a hands-on role - perfect for someone who thrives in the early chaos of startups and wants to shape growth from zero.

Who You Are
- You've grown a health clinic, startup, SaaS, or healthtech product before (0 to 1 stage).
- Comfortable with both
strategy and execution
from designing growth funnels to running ads. - Resilient, data-driven, and commercial - you care about
revenue
, not just impressions. - Excited about building something that impacts
real healthcare delivery in Australia for the people who need it
. - Melbourne-based preferred
(for easier collaboration), though open to remote across Australia. - Bonus if you've worked in healthtech, NDIS, or allied health.
