We're looking for a driven National Account Manager to lead and grow key wholesale and retail accounts, delivering strong sales results, optimising trade spend, and expanding our presence across our P & C and wholesale channel.

About the Role

  • Own and manage key relationships across wholesale and retail accounts
  • Deliver financial KPIs including GSV, NSV, trade spend (VTS), and profitability
  • Lead and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) aligned with growth strategy
  • Use data and insights to drive sales, upsell opportunities, and strategic alignment
  • Lead range reviews and influence customer category plans
  • Negotiate terms and deliver promotional programs (O&A) to maximise ROI
  • Develop efficient, brand-aligned promotional calendars for each buying group
  • Collaborate with internal teams and field sales to ensure strong execution
  • Liaise with retail account managers to ensure consistent supply through wholesale
  • Travel interstate regularly for customer engagement and relationship management
  • Represent the full Rite Bite Group portfolio – Darrell Lea & Think Products

To be successful in the role, you will bring:

  • Experience in FMCG account management or sales
  • Strong commercial, planning, and negotiation skills
  • Data-driven approach with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and travel interstate
  • High energy, adaptable, and results focused
