The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced
National Account Manager – Petrol & Convenience (P&C)
to join our Out of Home (OOH) Sales team based in Mentone or Sydney.

This pivotal role is responsible for
driving profitable sales and growth within the Petrol & Convenience channel
, executing our strategic P&C plan with key national customers. You will lead the development and delivery of
Joint Business Plans
, manage volume, trade spend, profitability targets, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer and business success.

Your ability to identify growth opportunities, build strong customer partnerships, and deliver results through operational excellence will be key to achieving success. You will also play a vital role in
supporting store activations
and
driving innovation
through new product development and private label initiatives.

The Person We Seek
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Bring

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in National or Key Account Management within the FMCG sector, ideally in the Petrol & Convenience or other Retail channels.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and market share targets.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage and interpret P&L, GSV, NSV, GP and trade spend metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and build strategic partnerships with key national accounts.
  • Strong project management experience, particularly in managing NPD product concept to launch with customers.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship management skills.
  • Strategic mindset, commercial agility, and a drive for results.
  • Alignment with Patties' values of Trust, Ownership, Courage, and Integrity.
