The role

Join a high-performing Banking & Finance team in Sydney as an Associate (2–5 PAE). You'll work on complex domestic and cross-border financings, including:

  • Multi-tiered, multi-sourced structured transactions and workouts
  • Multipartite arrangements, intercreditor issues, and security
  • Government co-funding and innovative financing structures

You'll gain hands-on exposure to high-profile clients such as governments, global banks, private credit and investment funds, and multinational corporations.

About you

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 2–5 years' PAE in Banking & Finance (or equivalent experience)
  • A strong interest in structured and complex financing transactions
  • Excellent technical, drafting, and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, collaborative approach
