Our client is one of Australia's premier law firms who have offices all over the world. In Australia they are classed as one of the country's leading and longest standing firms with a reputation for excellence.

The firm's tier 1 ranked DCM practice operate on Australian and cross border complex financial transactions. This team offers the opportunity to work with the most innovative lawyers in the market in structuring first of a kind transactions.

This is a very rare opportunity as the team do not need to go out to the market too often but a need has been identified for an Associate / Senior Associae to join the team.

We are looking to speak with lawyers who have a mix of the following:

  • 3 to 8 years PAE
  • Banking experience gained from a leading law firm or major bank will be considered
  • Experience working on DCM, securitisation or structured finance transactions
  • Will consider those with relevant overseas experience
  • Strong academic background
  • Strong client management skills

This is an extremely rare skillset to find in the Australian market meaning salaries are generally ecellent for lawyers in this space.
