The roleOur client's Sydney office is seeking a Senior Associate with non-bank lender experience to join its successful finance team. In this autonomous role, you will lead complex mortgage and banking transactions, including syndicated loans, acquisition finance, asset finance, and structured finance. You will be an ambitious and commercially sound lawyer who is confident to work closely with a loyal and stable client base.
Skills & Experience
This role will suit a banking & finance lawyer with at least 5 years PQE who is looking for something different and has experience of acting for non-banker lender clients from another mid, boutique or top tier firm. You can manage relationships with ease, enjoy mentoring more junior lawyers, and thrive working in a fast paced, high performing environment.
