About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Property Administrator who will play a vital role in managing and enhancing our property portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Property, the Property Administrator role provides comprehensive support for property management operations while handling essential administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
Your attention to detail and keen management of multiple moving pieces will be key to ensuring that our system and processes are kept up to date and best supporting the portfolio of tenants.
Key Responsibilities

Tenant engagement & retention: You will be responsible for addressing tenant concerns, resolving issues promptly and keeping tenants well informed as part of our communication and engagement strategy.

Lease portfolio administration and operations: From property inspections, agreement preparation, occupancy transfers and beyond, you will be responsible for keeping our portfolio ticking along and making improvements as you go. Across a broad scope of property assets, your role will be keeping our database up to date, accurate and complete documentation as well as developing our template library for future efficiency. We will rely on you to ensure compliance with relevant property laws, regulations and industry standards.

Reporting & Special Projects: In addition to maintaining data between our Share registry and SML finance systems, you will utilise our property management platforms to streamline operations, manage data and generate insights.

Stakeholder Communication & Support: With a service-orientation, you will field queries from our retail and wholesale market traders, as well as the general public on property related matters. You will maintain organised and complete logs of interactions ensuring all issues are addressed in a timely manner.
Skills & Experience Required

Bachelor's Degree in business, administration or related field highly regarded.

2 years' experience in property management or administration roles.

Exposure to leases, contracts and database management with basic understanding of occupancy / lease agreements and property regulations.

Excellent networking, communication and relationship-building skills.

Customer service mindset with problem solving abilities.

Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy.
