
Property Services Coordinator

As the Property Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of high-level administrative and facilities functions for APM select portfolio of locations.
The role requires first-rate customer service for internal and external customers and providing operational and project specific support to the State specific Leasing Manager.
**In this role you will**
- Assist with ensuring APM’s property portfolio is in keeping with expectations
- Provide administration and leasing assistance to the Leasing Managers.
- Responsible for facilities, repairs, and maintenance for a select portfolio of sites.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of the ticket lodgement system and providing timely responses to both contractors and operational teams.
- Coordinating work orders with Landlords, agents and third-party contractors to ensure repairs and maintenance items get resolved as quickly as possible.
- Assist with project administration of key property projects
- Ensure accuracy of property database and key information programs.
- Property and financial reporting as required
- Preparing and handling key documents
**Skills you’ll bring**
- Demonstrated experience in commercial lease administration including lease transactions.
- Success in a previous property role in either the commercial or retail sector
- Excellent customer service
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to develop business relationships with internal and external clients
- Experience in a dynamic and fast paced team environment
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Outstanding communicator in verbal and written form
- Current drivers’ licence and reliable vehicle for transport
