Job Description

We are looking for an experience, passionate and skilled Chef for an exciting opportunity with us. Our vibrant restaurants, known for its exceptional culinary offerings, is seeking a talented Chef to join our team. As a crucial member of our kitchen brigade, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering a delightful dining experience for our customers.

Role :

Collaborate with the management team to create and update a diverse and appealing menu. ∙Stay abreast of culinary trends and incorporate innovative dishes to enhance the restaurant's reputation. ∙Food Preparation: ∙Execute food preparation and cooking tasks according to established recipes and quality standards. ∙Ensure timely and consistent delivery of high-quality dishes.​Kitchen Management: ∙Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization. ∙Manage inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to meet demand.​Quality Control. ∙Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all dishes meet the restaurant's standards. ∙Address any issues promptly and implement corrective measures. ∙Team Collaboration. ∙Work closely with kitchen staff to foster a positive and collaborative work environment. ∙Provide guidance and training to junior kitchen team members. ∙Adherence to Health and Safety Standards. ∙Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations and hygiene practices. ∙Regularly conduct safety inspections and take corrective actions as needed.​Customer Interaction. ∙Collaborate with front-of-house staff to address customer feedback and special requests. ∙Ensure a seamless flow of communication between kitchen and service staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $76,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
