About the Role

We're looking for a Campaign Specialist – Lifecycle to join our Customer Engagement & Retention team within Retail Marketing, with a direct focus on our LPG Business. In this role, you'll support the effective use of our customer engagement platform to enhance marketing initiatives, drive customer satisfaction, and foster lasting customer relationships. You'll work closely with the Campaign Manager to ensure campaign quality, data compliance, and platform optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute lifecycle campaigns including briefing creative, copywriting, and building content within CRM platforms.
  • Conduct QA testing and ensure platform features meet standards and compliance requirements.
  • Analyse data requirements and support campaign execution aligned with platform capabilities.
  • Monitor platform usage and ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.
  • Provide training and support to Braze superusers and the Content team on platform best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to create compelling customer journeys and implement platform enhancements.

About You

  • 2+ years' experience in a CRM role, with exposure to platforms like Braze, Adobe, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Bachelor's degree (mandatory); front-end development skills (desirable).
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Basic project management skills with the ability to prioritise and coordinate across stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a curious and agile mindset.
  • Passionate about customer-centric approaches and committed to compliance and continuous improvement.
