About the Role
As our Campaign Manager - Lifecycle, you'll lead the design and delivery of personalised 1:1 CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Push, In-App and On-Site channels. Using Braze you'll drive engagement, retention and growth across the customer lifecycle — using data, insight and testing to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
You'll take ownership of campaign optimisation and A/B testing roadmaps, ensuring our lifecycle communications are effective, efficient and continuously improving. Partnering closely with Strategic Marketing, Digital and Product teams, you'll translate complex data and performance results into clear insights for senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the design, delivery and optimisation of CRM and lifecycle campaigns across key 1:1 channels (Email, SMS, Push, In-App, On-Site).
- Define and manage A/B testing and campaign optimisation programs with minimal support.
- Develop content and personalised communication journeys that drive engagement, retention and cross-sell opportunities.
- Partner with internal teams to align lifecycle activity with strategic marketing objectives.
- Analyse customer data and campaign performance to identify actionable insights and continuously improve outcomes.
- Communicate campaign results and recommendations effectively to senior management and stakeholders.
About You
You're a confident and experienced campaign marketer who thrives on owning end-to-end delivery. You're comfortable managing testing and optimisation independently, creating content that resonates across 1:1 channels, and translating performance into clear, business-focused insights. You're highly organised, adaptable and collaborative — someone who keeps stakeholders engaged and projects moving forward.
You'll also bring:
- Proven experience in CRM or Direct Marketing across multi-channel 1:1 communications.
- Strong knowledge of campaign management tools such as Braze, Salesforce, or Adobe Campaign.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A data-led approach, with a focus on testing, optimisation and continuous improvement.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities and multiple campaigns at once.
