How will you make an impact?
Are you passionate about making a positive impact to our members dignified retirement?
As our Campaign Specialist, you'll be the technical expert behind marketing campaigns that connect 1.9 million members with the information they need to build their retirement wealth. Your marketing automation expertise will directly drive member engagement across Australia's fastest-growing super fund.
The opportunity
You'll master our Adobe Experience Cloud platforms, becoming the go-to person for campaign excellence. You'll ensure precision in every campaign - right audience, perfect timing, flawless execution - while coordinating with stakeholders from brief to delivery.
Your key focus areas include:
- Configuring and executing email campaigns, newsletters, webinars, and product promotions across multiple channels including mobile app and SMS
- Building sophisticated audience segments using our member database to ensure the right message reaches the right person at the right time
- Managing campaign setup, validation, testing, and deployment through Adobe Campaign and Journey Optimiser
- Creating personalised content experiences using Adobe Experience Manager
- Conducting A/B testing and providing analytical insights to optimise campaign performance
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation and campaign processes
This hands-on technical role requires precision with complex data sets and enterprise-scale marketing automation platforms.
About you
You're an experienced marketing automation specialist who thrives on technical challenges and has worked with enterprise-level platforms. You understand that behind every successful campaign is robust data management and meticulous attention to detail.
We're looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in direct marketing with hands-on marketing automation expertise
- Proven experience with Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar enterprise platforms (Adobe Journey Optimiser experience highly regarded)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and data-driven decision making
- Basic HTML skills and comfort with technical concepts
