We are growing fast, and we are looking for an energetic Supply Chain Manager to join our leadership team and make a substantial impact.
The Role
This is not just about managing supply chain operations — it is about leading transformation. You will oversee procurement, inventory, planning, and warehousing, while building strategies that keep us agile, efficient, and future-ready.
You will inspire your team, collaborate across the business, and ensure customers get the right products, at the right time, every time.
What You will Do
- Lead and mentor warehouse, logistics, and purchasing teams.
- Drive end-to-end supply chain strategy with a focus on growth and efficiency.
- Optimise inventory management with smart forecasting and just-in-time practices.
- Build strong supplier partnerships and negotiate for best value.
- Anticipate risks, create solutions, and keep operations running smoothly.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support promotions, launches, and demand peaks.
- Ensure compliance with WHS standards and safe warehouse practices.
What You will Bring
- 5+ years' experience leading supply chain, logistics, or procurement (wholesale/distribution/manufacturing ideal).
- Minimum of 5+ years team leadership experience is required.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people and teams.
- Advanced ERP/WMS knowledge (NetSuite Oracle highly regarded).
- NetSuite/Oracle experience is required for this position.
- Commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and a data-driven mindset.
- Analytical thinker who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves.
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (preferred).
