**About Us**

With a strong national presence and international supply partnerships, we are committed to advancing our product offerings through cutting-edge research and development.

We are now seeking a skilled and experienced Research & Development Manager to lead our product innovation initiatives and manage new product development from concept to market—working closely with both internal teams and overseas manufacturing partners.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of new camper trailer and hybrid caravan models.
- Oversee prototyping, testing, and refinement of components to meet safety, quality, and durability standards.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure product feasibility and manufacturability.
- Maintain a close working relationship with overseas suppliers—particularly in China—to ensure alignment of design specifications, materials, and timelines.
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay current with industry trends, materials, and emerging technologies.
- Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and documentation in accordance with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Australian Design Rules (ADR), standards, and certifications.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in product development, preferably in automotive, recreational vehicles, or related manufacturing industries.
- Experience working with Chinese manufacturers or international suppliers, including communication across time zones and cultural contexts.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with product lifecycle management tools.
- Excellent project management, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Mandarin language skills preferred

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:
