Our team includes five Accredited Specialists in Family Law, and we offer services in multiple languages, including Vietnamese, Urdu, Hindi, Pashto, Sinhalese, conversational Hebrew, and Italian. We handle complex property matters involving third parties, trusts, business valuations, and international disputes.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Assistant located in Melbourne, VIC. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and legal support to the firm's attorneys, managing case files, conducting legal research, and drafting legal documents. Additional tasks include scheduling appointments, maintaining confidential records, and communicating with clients. The Legal Assistant will also assist in preparing for court proceedings and mediations.

  • Administrative skills: Case file management, scheduling appointments, maintaining confidential records
  • Legal skills: Legal research, drafting legal documents, assisting in court proceedings and mediations
  • Communication skills: Effective verbal and written communication with clients and team members
  • Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
  • Relevant experience in a legal or administrative role
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field is preferred
