LEADING CRANE SERVICES (LCS) is a locally owned business specialising in servicing and repairs of overhead cranes.

Our strong customer base throughout VIC, SA, TAS & NSW includes metro, rural and outback mining clients, giving our staff a broad range of sites and equipment to keep work interesting.

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Service Coordinator, to join our successful team in the Crane Department.

About the Role

The Service Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with our technicians, clients, and management team, you'll be responsible for coordinating jobs from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and issuing quotes for service and repair works
  • Scheduling and coordinating jobs across multiple sites
  • Ordering and organising required parts and materials
  • Managing technician schedules and job allocations
  • Communicating with clients to confirm works, updates, and completion details
  • Tracking job progress to ensure deadlines and standards are met
  • Providing support to the wider team as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in service coordination, scheduling, or administration (advantageous)
  • Basic technical understanding of mechanical/electrical services (preferred but not essential)
