About the role

We're offering reliable, ongoing work for dedicated Support Workers who are passionate about making a difference. You'll support a diverse range of people living with disabilities, providing assistance in their homes and within the community to help them live independently and achieve their goals.

Must be able and willing to provide:

  • Community access –Transport to and from medical/therapy appointments, advocacy, social access, participation in activities that express personal interests.
  • Domestic assistance - general tidying, meal preparation.
  • Activities of daily living - therapy led activities, hobbies, advocacy.
  • Personal care (case by case) – showering, toileting, dressing, general hygiene, and grooming assistance.

About you

  • Flexible availability across mornings, evening,s and weekends.
  • An approachable personality that keeps things light and fun, while maintaining a client-centered focus.
  • Ability to think creatively, take ownership, and follow through with activities that benefit and positively stimulate client interests.
  • Own car and driver's license.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or willing to obtain).
  • National Police Check (or willing to obtain).
  • Working with Children Clearance (or willing to obtain).
