Disability Support Workers Wanted

We're looking for passionate, person-centered support workers to empower people living with disability. This casual role offers meaningful work with the potential for permanent employment.

What You'll Do

Support participants in building independence, life skills, and social inclusion across diverse settings, homes, respite, community spaces, education, workplaces, and recreation. Every day is different, and every interaction matters.

QUALIFICATIONS

➢ Current National Police Check

➢ Working with Children Check.

➢ First Aid certificate and CPR

➢ NDIS Workers Orientation and Screening

➢ 100 Points of ID

**Must have a current Driver's License

COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE

➢ Previous experience in a similar role – Minimum of 3-month relevant experience

➢ Previous experience supporting People with Disability.

➢ Demonstrated proficient written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

➢ Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision, and collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.

➢ Ability to effectively priorities and organize own work / caseload.
