Role Description

This is a role for a Disability Support Worker. The Disability Support Worker will be responsible for assisting individuals with disabilities in their daily activities, promoting independence, providing personal care, and ensuring the well-being and safety of clients. This role includes implementing care plans, engaging clients in activities, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. This is an on-site role located in Adelaide, SA.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Support Worker and in providing Technical Support
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
  • Knowledge of Safeguarding practices
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in disability support or related fields
  • First Aid and CPR certifications are beneficial
