Seeking Female Disability Support Workers – Complex Behaviour Support | 24-Hour Roster Available

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of people living with disability?

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Female Disability Support Workers to join our growing team, supporting NDIS participants with complex behaviours in their own home environment.

About the Role:

  • Work closely with individuals who require a higher level of behavioural support and understanding.
  • Provide personal care, community access, skill development, and emotional support.
  • Support clients with daily living activities, therapeutic routines, and behaviour support plans.

  • Shifts available across a 24-hour roster, including:

  • Long and short shifts

  • Day shifts
  • Sleepover and active overnight shifts

We Are Looking for Female Candidates Who:

  • Have experience or a strong interest in supporting people with complex behaviours.
  • Are committed to positive behaviour support approaches.
  • Are reliable, flexible, and confident in working autonomously in a client's home setting.
  • Have excellent communication and de-escalation skills.
  • Are passionate about building meaningful, respectful relationships with clients and their families.
  • CPI/Mapa training and experience HIGHLY desirable

Essential Requirements:

  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
  • Manual Handling Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred)
  • Completed NDIS Worker Orientation Module
  • Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Mental Health, or related field (desirable but not mandatory if you have relevant experience)
