Huume Management is a talent management agency specialising in partnership and creator management for creators' primary platforms Instagram and TikTok, established in the space as leaders for 6+ years.

Our growing team is excited to onboard a passionate Influencer Talent Manager who will be dedicated to fostering and facilitating partnership management to an exclusive roster of creators. With a true passion for the influencer marketing space, and up to date on social trends leading the heart of our innovative, and a supportive approach to creator management.

As a Influencer Talent Manager, the fast-paced industry will keep you on your toes and exceptional organisation and problem-solving will be at the forefront of your skill set with your role's primary focus on overseeing and pro-actively managing creator partnerships, building a strong roster, including talent development and strategy planning, and fostering strong relationships.

You will come equipped with strong relationships, ready to dive in and scale with a fast growing, leading talent agency.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Interpret client briefs and provide strategic negotiations and discussions in alignment with creator goals
  • Scout, and build a strong talent roster to ensure high performance aligned with business goals
  • Schedule and manage a well-organised, detailed and up to date creator partnership calendars ensuring deadlines are met
  • Provide pro-active support in development and feedback to foster creator growth
  • Manage campaign implementation ensuring creator is briefed in detail, contract finalisation, ensuring clients and talent are well-communicated throughout
  • Manage creator onboarding process,
  • Fostering long-term meaningful partnerships
  • Maintaining upkeep and accuracy of all allocated talent marketing materials and media kits
  • Other duties as directed by management

Skills and experience:

  • Minimum 2 year experience in a Talent Management, Account Executive, PR/Media or similar role.
  • Excellent organisation skills, you are a multi-tasker at heart with the ability to move fast across multiple campaigns and talent with a high attention to detail
  • Effortless build and maintain multiple relationships with strong communication and independent networking skills
  • Strong problem solving skills with a solution orientated approach ensuring client and talent satisfaction
  • Confident in presenting creators and articulating the agencies services and opportunities to potential talent
  • Determined and focused to meet allocated targets and adhere to growth goals
  • Manage systems and processes effectively in order to maintain a well-nourished business
  • A genuine passion and understanding of social media platforms Instagram and TikTok

This role is hybrid, and the ideal applicant will be located in Brisbane.
