About the Role

As a Talent Resource Partner with Guidant Global (part of the Impellam Group), you'll be the link between hiring managers, suppliers, and candidates. You'll ensure recruitment runs seamlessly, compliance is met, and the experience is outstanding for all involved.

This is a customer-facing role where your ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and deliver results will be key.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partnering directly with hiring managers and suppliers to deliver recruitment solutions.
  • Acting as the liaison between clients and suppliers, keeping communication clear and proactive.
  • Ensuring compliance with policies, quality standards, and service level agreements.
  • Supporting onboarding processes and making sure candidates have a smooth experience.
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships — becoming the "go-to" person for all enquiries.
  • Continuously improving processes and sharing best practice ideas.

What We're Looking For

Are you someone who can bring:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing ability
  • Proven customer service focus
  • Problem-solving and proactive mindset
  • Strong organisational and time management skills

Nice to Have:

  • Recruitment experience (agency or internal)
  • Knowledge of MSP, VMS, Procurement or HR
  • Experience with SAP Fieldglass or other Vendor Management Systems
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
