About the Role

As Senior Talent & Team Manager, you'll play a pivotal leadership role within Huume. You will act as a senior talent manager overseeing a roster of high-profile creators, while also supporting the day-to-day leadership of our team. This role is designed to elevate our General Manager out of the detail, with you taking on responsibility for team guidance, client success, and ensuring the business runs smoothly day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Representation & Management

  • Manage and represent a portfolio of top-tier creators across Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms.
  • Drive commercial outcomes for talent through partnerships, brand deals, and long-term strategy.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to talent managers in developing their rosters and commercial growth working closely with our Senior Talent & Talent Acquisitions Manager.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and support the talent management team to deliver high performance and aligned outcomes.
  • Be a first point of contact for the team on day-to-day issues, helping to problem-solve and keep delivery on track.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth across the team.

Client & Partnership Growth

  • Work with talent managers to identify and secure new opportunities for creators.
  • Support commercial negotiations and oversee delivery of high-value brand partnerships.
  • Represent Huume with professionalism in client and industry meetings.

Business Support & Delivery

  • Ensure team operations run smoothly day-to-day, including workflow prioritisation and campaign delivery oversight.
  • Provide input into business planning and strategy, helping shape the next stage of Huume's growth.
  • Step into leadership duties when required to support the General Manager.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in talent management, influencer marketing, PR/media, or related field.
  • Proven ability to manage high-value client relationships and secure commercial outcomes.
  • Experience leading or mentoring a small team, with strong people management skills.
  • Highly organised, comfortable managing multiple priorities across talent and team leadership.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with talent, clients, and industry partners.
  • A genuine passion for creator culture and the influencer marketing space.
