Position Purpose
As a
Talent Partner
specialising in technology recruitment, you will lead the end-to-end hiring process for technical roles across our organisation. From sourcing high-calibre engineers and IT professionals, to advising hiring managers and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience, you'll play a key role in attracting and securing top tech talent aligned with our culture and business goals.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for technology roles, with a strong understanding of technical disciplines, frameworks, and job functions (e.g., Java, .NET, AWS, Kubernetes, Python, Agile/Scrum).
  • Demonstrated success recruiting mid-to-senior level roles, including Software Engineers, Technical Leads, Architects, Cloud Engineers, and Security Specialists.
  • Skilled in proactive sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, GitHub/Stack Overflow sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking in tech communities.
  • Strong capability with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRMs; experience using platforms such as HubSpot, JobAdder is advantageous.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to advise hiring managers and support strategic workforce planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organised in managing multiple priorities.

  • Partner closely with senior leaders, engineering managers, and product owners to understand technical role requirements and define effective sourcing and hiring strategies.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technology roles — including advertising, proactive sourcing, screening, technical assessment coordination, interviews, and offer management.
  • Deliver a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and stakeholders, ensuring every interaction reflects our employer brand and values.
  • Provide data-driven insights and market intelligence on tech talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activity.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for in-demand skill sets including software engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, data science, cybersecurity, and more.
  • Collaborate with the People and Purpose Team on key hiring initiatives, recruitment marketing, and process improvement projects.
  • Promote our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and lead with a diversity-first approach in all sourcing and selection efforts.
  • Actively participate in weekly TA syncs, workforce planning meetings, and hiring strategy discussions.
