About the role

We are seeking a hands-on Operations & Administration All-Rounder to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, tech-savvy and enjoys a varied role spanning order processing, logistics, inventory, accounts and customer service.

What you'll be doing

  • Customer Order Management: Process customer orders received via phone, email, and various online platforms. Provide customers with accurate and timely information on stock availability.
  • Order Fulfillment Coordination: Liaise with our warehouse and logistics teams to ensure all customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched efficiently and on time.
  • Office Management: Monitor and maintain office supply levels, ensuring the team has what they need to function effectively.
  • Front-Line Customer Service: Be the friendly face and first point of contact for walk-in customers, assisting them with inquiries and providing excellent in-person service.
  • Inventory Support: Assist with stock replenishment by monitoring inventory levels and placing stock orders with suppliers as needed.
  • Accounts Payable Support: Perform data entry for incoming bills and utilize our accounting software to prepare a monthly accounts payable report for review.

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management on the day-day tasks.

  • Maintaining and updating the company's filing systems and databases.

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience in an office administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Confident using Xero or MYOB.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A customer-focused approach and a commitment to providing excellent service.
