We are seeking a professional and organised Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. This position is ideally suited to an individual with prior experience in reception or administrative roles who is committed to delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a courteous and professional first point of contact for clients and visitors
  • Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with general administrative duties in support of the broader team
  • Maintain a well-presented and efficient reception area

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in a reception or administrative position is essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • High level of attention to detail and professionalism

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge or experience in insurance or workers' compensation will be highly regarded
