The Firm

We are a well-regarded law firm located in Mosman with around 15 staff, practising in various areas of law including Property, Leasing, Commercial work, Wills & Estates, Family Law and Commercial Litigation. We are currently seeking an experienced solicitor to join our busy practice.

We act on behalf of private clients, small businesses, property developers, high net worth individuals and household names.

The Role

This is a great opportunity for an experienced property lawyer who is energetic, driven to succeed and seeking a new challenge. You will have at least 5 years post admission experience and will work autonomously. The role will cover a broad mix of work in Property, Conveyancing, Leasing, Wills & Estate Planning and Commercial work.

Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.

To be successful in this role we are looking for:


• 5+ years post admission experience


• Current admission to practice law in NSW


• Experience in the preparation and negotiation of contracts for sale for residential, commercial and industrial property


• Experience in the preparation and negotiation of Retail and Commercial Leases, acting for both landlords and tenants


• Varied experience in other areas of property law and general commercial work


• Experience in Wills and Estate Planning (including Testamentary Trusts)


• Exceptional legal and drafting skills


• Solid commercial nous and good attention to detail


• Excellent communication skills


• The ability to build on-going relationships with clients
