About the role
McIntyre Legal is growing.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Law Graduate or Solicitor to join our high-performing, friendly and award-winning team.

You will work in all areas of Wills & Estates including:

• advising clients in relation to their estate planning and drafting Wills, enduring powers of attorney and appointments of enduring guardian;
• estate litigation in the Equity Division of the Supreme Court of NSW including legal research, drafting observations to Counsel, writing legal correspondence, interviewing witnesses and drafting affidavits; and
• advising executors/administrators and beneficiaries on the administration of deceased estates.

You will be mentored by our Director (who is an Accredited Specialist in Wills & Estates), our Senior Associate and other friendly solicitors in our firm. You will also be supported by our Practice Manager.
