We are a well-regarded law firm located in Mosman with around 15 staff, practicing in various areas of law including Property, Leasing, Commercial work, Wills & Estates, Family Law and Commercial Litigation. We act on behalf of private clients, small businesses, property developers, high net worth individuals and household names.

The Opportunity
This is a great opportunity for an experienced property lawyer who is energetic, driven to succeed and seeking a new challenge. Join our busy practice where you'll work autonomously across a broad mix of property law matters, including conveyancing, leasing, Wills & Estate Planning and commercial work.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing and negotiating contracts for sale for residential, commercial and industrial property
• Preparing and negotiating Retail and Commercial Leases, acting for both landlords and tenants
• Handling varied property law matters and general commercial work
• Wills and Estate Planning
• Building ongoing relationships with clients across our diverse client base

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years post admission experience
• Current admission to practice law in NSW
• Experience in property conveyancing and contract preparation/negotiation
• Experience with Retail and Commercial Leases for both landlords and tenants
• Background in Wills and Estate Planning (including Testamentary Trusts)
• Exceptional legal and drafting skills
• Solid commercial nous and excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
