Support over 175 franchise offices nationally in day-to-day Property and Agent Marketing enquiries, coordinate marketing training, and gather feedback from offices to help develop wider marketing strategies. Quickly fill gaps and build connections among the network.
As a part of the Marketing Operations team you will work closely with the wider marketing department, mainly the Brand and Communication teams. This varied and fast-paced role will see you coordinate the communication and administration of all marketing support and training including but not restricted to:
- Helpdesk manager for all property and agent marketing enquiries
- Point of contact for all office marketing support
- Point of contact on all internal communication channels
- Provide support on internal suite of marketing products and platforms
- Coordinate marketing support for onboarding new franchise offices
- Internal national property magazine communication
The Person
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a real estate agency
- Perfect role for a CSM, PA or sales administrator
- Experience in office administration, sales or marketing support
- Process driven, highly organised and a problem solver
- Meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
The Perks
