Role Overview

We're looking for energetic and customer-focused Christmas Casual Sales Consultants to join our Brighton East showroom team during our busiest time of the year. This role will see you assisting customers both in-store and over the phone, preparing quotes, and providing excellent service.

While this is a Christmas casual position, for the right person there is potential to transition into a long-term role with us. From time to time, you may also assist with light warehouse duties, such as helping unload deliveries or checking stock.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers in the showroom and handle phone-based inquiries
  • Provide product advice and prepare quotes
  • Assist with sales follow-ups and help close deals
  • Maintain showroom presentation during peak trading
  • Support the team with promotions and sales targets
  • On occasions, assist with light warehouse duties as required

Requirements

  • Previous retail or sales experience preferred, but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills (in person and on the phone)
  • Customer-first approach with a positive attitude
  • Able to work flexibly over the Christmas / New Year period, including weekends
  • Comfortable assisting with occasional warehouse tasks when needed
