About the role

We're looking for an organised and detail-oriented Senior Project Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality projects through expert governance, assurance, and reporting. In this role, you'll manage program health checks, maintain key registers (RAID-L), and support project teams with documentation, templates, and information management. This is a great opportunity to play a vital role in keeping high-impact projects on track and delivering results.

About You

  • 5 years demonstrated experience in a similar role within project-based environments.

  • Strong knowledge of project assurance frameworks and hands-on experience preparing projects for SteerCo and Board reviews.​

  • Proven secretariat skills supporting project-level governance

  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail

  • Capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders to support business objectives
