Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced project coordinator to join our team. As a senior project coordinator, you will play a key role in leading and managing projects from initiation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and training sessions to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Analyze project data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
