Practice Manager

Full Time 6-Month Fixed Term Contract

As Practice Manager, you'll oversee all operational, financial, and HR functions of the dental clinic, driving strategic growth, ensuring compliance, and coaching a high-performing team to deliver exceptional patient care.


Our client Lifelong Dental is a Lara-based dental clinic that provides positive, comfortable experiences for each patient that walks through the door, providing themselves on a patient-centric model of care.  The successful candidate will bring a proven ability to streamline clinic operations, drive financial discipline and manage the full HR cycle, creating a compliant and efficient practice environment. They will excel as a collaborative leader who builds engaged, high-performing teams and champions strategic growth initiatives and community partnerships to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

What you will do:

This position will oversee all day-to-day operations of the dental clinic, ensuring efficient workflows and strict compliance. They will manage budgeting, billing, financial reporting, and variance analysis in partnership with the bookkeeper to safeguard profitability. Leading the full employee lifecycle, they will cultivate an accountable, high-performing team. Additionally, they will spearhead continuous process-improvement projects, marketing initiatives, and community partnerships to drive strategic growth and consistently elevate the patient experience.

This role is responsible for:

  • Oversee daily clinic operations, including appointment workflows, resource allocation, and front- and back-office coordination
  • Manage financial stewardship—from annual budgeting and billing oversight to variance analysis and cash-flow monitoring
  • Lead the full employee lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, training, and disciplinary processes
  • Ensure strict compliance with WHS, infection-control, privacy regulations, and internal quality standards through policy management and audits
  • Drive strategic growth by spearheading marketing campaigns, forging community partnerships, and implementing continuous process-improvement projects

To be successful in this role you will have:
