Who are we, and what do we do?

We are a small committed team providing a premium and personalised private practice physiotherapy consultancy service; we thrive on meeting each individual client where they are at, nurturing them through their own unique health journey and on to where they want to be. We are also ever conscious of achieving and supporting each other towards our own goals and desires, and like to have a lot of fun along the way

We love what we do, knuckling down and working hard when we're working, but we are equally serious about living the good life outside of work. We acutely understand that living a balanced lifestyle and keeping ourselves in a good place personally, is vital when it comes to us being able to optimally care for others. So as well as being clinicians, supportive colleagues, coaches, & mentors ; we are also beach goers, dedicated family members, runners, surfers, musicians, sport and travel enthusiasts, and gym junkies.

The Practicals:

• We are situated across Two sites:

• Main clinic in the heart of it all 78 The Avenue OG, between central park and the main street.

  
  - Gym clinic in the OG Industrial Estate, 22 Sinclair St OG, with large fully equipped gym, treatment room, pilates studio, and recovery room - sharing with SCY247

• 1:1 individual consults (in rooms and gym based) and small group rehab sessions

• Structured clinical pathways including GLA:D (Hip, Knee, and Back) and our Clinical Exercise Groups (CEG), Functional strength coaching (KLT), Clinical Pilates.

• Well established relationships with local GP practices, sporting clubs, and WOM referrals from happy clients bring a steady supply of quality referrals
