The Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Program and Product Management Support Officer to provide support to the project and work to achieve complex tasks within an integrated workforce in support of agency activities.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop high quality documentation for Government submissions.
  • Provide support to multi-disciplined project teams and coordinate project activities.
  • Coordinate management of schedules, risk, budgets, preparation of briefings, and submissions.
  • Advise and clearly articulate goals to achieve subprogram and project objectives.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience and/or qualifications in project management
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and management
  • Prior experience with Defence documentation preparation
  • Project administration, schedule management, and support
  • Defence acquisition and capability
  • MUST HOLD MINIMUM NV2 SECURITY CLEARANCE
