Role & Responsibilities

  • · Provide exceptional end-to-end customer service
  • · Build and nurture strong client relationships
  • · Achieve and exceed set targets
  • · Prospect through hot, warm and cold calls
  • · Conduct market appraisals
  • · List, sell and manage the full sales process
  • · Negotiate with confidence and skill
  • · Understand both local and national real estate markets
  • · Apply effective marketing strategies relevant to the industry

About You

  • · Hold a current Real Estate Licence
  • · Have a Driver's Licence and a presentable, reliable vehicle
  • · Deliver first-class customer service and communication
  • · Resilient, results-driven and hungry to succeed
  • · Professionally presented with a strong work ethic
  • · Thrive on the hustle with a positive, coachable attitude
  • · Self-motivated with the ability to deliver on KPIs
