Role Description

This is a part-time role for a Will and Estate Legal Secretary located in Miami, Gold Coast. The position will be responsible for

• Managing legal documents including Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Estate administration and Probate documents.
• Drafting, and editing correspondence, reporting, engagement letters, court documents and pleadings,
• Assisting with enquiries, liaising with clients and beneficiaries and coordinating appointments,
• Supporting lawyers and paralegals in managing electronic files, matter deadlines, billing, and diaries.

Qualifications

• Experience in Will and Estate legal document support, drafting correspondence, and file management
• Strong skills in client liaison and appointment coordination
• Legal research skills and ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in Wills and Estate Law is highly preferred
• Certificate or Diploma in Legal Services, Business Administration or related field is advantageous
