Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships? Our client is looking for a proactive and professional Tenant Liaison Officer to join their team

In this key role, you'll be the vital link between tenants, landlords, contractors ensuring smooth communication and positive outcomes for all. You'll coordinate property inspections and maintenance, respond to tenant enquiries, and help ensure our operations are fully compliant.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Be the first point of contact for all tenant queries, maintenance requests & general support.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with tenants on all matters , from rent to repairs.
  • Coordinate onboarding of new tenants and entirety of tenancy experience. Includes and is not limited to: lease sign-ups, entry reports, and explain tenancy rights/responsibilities etc.
  • Attend and report on routine, entry & exit inspections.
  • Issue relevant notices (e.g. Entry/Breach) within required legal timeframes.
  • Coordinate maintenance jobs with trusted trades and keep all parties informed.
  • Ensure compliance with Queensland legislation and agency processes.
  • Keep accurate records of inspections, tenant interactions, and notices.
  • General Administration duties as directed by Management.

What We're Looking For:

  • Great communicator with strong people & conflict-resolution skills.
  • Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of QLD tenancy law, or willing to learn.
  • Comfortable using property software.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Relevant experience and at minimum a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration.
  • Current driver's licence & reliable vehicle.
