Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Family & Estates located in Hervey Bay, QLD. The Family & Estates Lawyer will engage in day-to-day tasks that include advising and representing clients, conducting thorough legal research, drafting documents and managing client files autonomously. The role requires a high level of client interaction and the ability to provide tailored legal advice.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Writing and Research
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Personal Injury, Family Law, Wills and Estates, Leasing, Commercial Development, and Conveyancing is a plus
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Admitted to practice law in Queensland
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
