The Brand
Enterprise Legal
was co-founded in 2017 by current owner and Managing Director, Peta Gray. In a local market saturated by traditional law firms, Peta felt like the majority of lawyers were simply 'going through the motions' and doing things 'the way that they had always been done' for no other reason than simply that. She felt that clients, especially those located outside of the capital cities, deserved better from their lawyers and she set about starting Enterprise Legal with the audacious goal of 'doing the law better'. We are proudly Toowoomba's most highly-awarded Firm.
The Location

The Opportunity
Due to the ongoing expansion of our Business Law Team, we are looking for an experienced Business Lawyer (with more than two years experience) who may be considering their next career move. Be assured that all applications will be kept strictly confidential and no contact will be made with existing employers.
In this role, you will work directly with and be mentored by Senior Associate, Johnathon Althaus and Managing Director, Peta Gray.
Previous experience in the majority of the following areas is required:
- business sales and purchases;
- share sales and purchases;
- leasing matters;
- preparation of business documentation (eg. Terms and Conditions, Services Agreements etc.); and
- franchising work.
Please note, this role is for admitted lawyers only - no grads need apply.
