Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop commercial teams to ensure consistent processes, high performance, and strong customer engagement.
  • Drive sales growth and market share across products and services.
  • Manage strategic customer relationships, ensuring successful project execution from concept to delivery.
  • Oversee commercial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate new business.
  • Collaborate across functions (e.g., R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations) to align product specifications and pricing with market needs.
  • Lead product commercialisation initiatives, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project and business risks to ensure smooth delivery and compliance.
  • Provide commercial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and growth initiatives.
  • Foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture through coaching, mentoring, and continuous improvement.
