Your new role

  • Assist with coordinating bids from start to finish, making sure everything was on track and delivered on time
  • Worked with different teams to pull together the right info and shape it into a strong, client-focused pitch
  • Kept templates and past submissions organised to make future bids quicker and more consistent
  • Use InDesign to create clean, professional-looking documents that are easy to read
  • Ability to manage multiple bids at once, managing edits, approvals, and deadlines

What you'll need to succeed

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned and informed throughout fast-paced projects
  • Thrive in deadline-driven environments, staying focused and flexible to get the job done without compromising quality
  • Advanced with InDesign
  • Take initiative to solve problems
  • A collaborative mindset to every task, with a strong focus on outcomes that make a difference
