Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Chrome Health Au Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year
Behaviour Support Practitioner – NSW & VIC

Chrome Health | Dignity, not compliance.

At Chrome Health, we're done with outdated, compliance-driven behaviour support. We don't write reports that sit on shelves, we change lives. We work with people who've been left behind by the system, and we do it with courage, care, and zero compromise on dignity.

We're looking for a Behaviour Support Practitioner who refuses to just "manage behaviours." If you believe in real outcomes, not box-ticking, you'll fit right in.

About the Role
  • Lead Functional Behaviour Assessments and craft Positive Behaviour Support Plans that make sense in practice, not just on paper
  • Deliver services that are trauma-informed, strengths-based, and human first
  • Work alongside families, carers, and teams as a partner, not a compliance officer
  • Provide training that empowers support staff instead of policing them
  • Build capacity, independence, and wellbeing for participants who deserve more than "management"
About You
  • Qualified and NDIS-suitable BSP (or nearly there)
  • Experienced with complex needs and community care
  • Sharp in your documentation, but never let paperwork outweigh people
  • Independent, reliable, and confident — but you thrive in a team that backs you up
  • Strong communicator who knows how to hold space and hold people accountable
What We Offer
  • Freedom & flexibility, community, remote, or clinic-based across NSW & VIC
  • A non-hierarchical, values-led team where your voice is heard
  • Ongoing supervision, peer support, and development
  • Work that will challenge you, grow you, and matter every single day
